What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is no parking at the event and the road near the school can get very busy. Most people walk from home and we encourage you to do so if you can. Otherwise please park safely further down Marlow Bottom and walk the short distance to the school.
What can't I bring to the event?
For safety reasons, we do not allow SPARKLERS, ALCOHOL, GLASS or KNIVES (or any other object that could be considered dangerous) onto the premises. Please note, NO DOGS are allowed on site.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can bring your printed ticket or show it in your mobile wallet if you have downloaded it - we just need to scan it, so either will do. If you do forget your ticket, we can look up your order but this will take additional time so please try and remember to bring it with you. Tickets can only be scanned once so copying a ticket will not work!
What is the refund policy?
If you make a mistake when ordering please let us know. We're happy to help with genuine ordering mistakes but don't have an open refund policy if you change your mind or don't like the weather forecast!
