What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is no designated parking at the event and the road near the playing fields can get very busy. We encourage you to walk if you can. Otherwise please park safely further down Marlow Bottom and walk to the new entrance via Burford Close into the Playing fields.
What can't I bring to the event?
For safety reasons, we do not allow SPARKLERS, ALCOHOL, GLASS or KNIVES (or any other object that could be considered dangerous) onto the premises. Please note, NO DOGS are allowed on site.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can bring your printed ticket or from your mobile wallet - we just need to be able to clearly scan it. Tickets can only be scanned once so copying a ticket will not work!
What is the refund policy?
If you make a mistake when ordering please let us know. We're happy to help with genuine ordering mistakes but don't have an open refund policy if you change your mind or don't like the weather forecast!
Will it be muddy?
The fireworks will be viewed from the playing fields themselves this year, so please bring appropriate footwear.
